I want to take electrical/landscaping/home improvement classes for my own knowledge. I am done with the first year of college and I want to lean as many useful things as possible. I live in Nassau County. Any ideas where I can go to learn these things? Any help will be appreciated.
Is replacing hanging ceiling tile a home improvement or a repair for tax purposes?

I have a condo with stained water damaged ceiling tiles that I rent out. It is a rental property. If I replace all the ceiling tiles would that be for tax purposes considered home improvement or home repair? Thanks.
